Introducing the Summer menu at Level 4 

54 on Bath in Rosebank has launched some new items on Level 4’s menu. Whether you are catching up with colleagues over lunch or making most of the sun setting later over dinner – come and try the delicious new dishes on the Summer menu. From starters that include yellowfin tuna tartare and a chilled homemade yoghurt and almond soup – right through to glorious summer fruit dishes and sorbets for dessert – you will find something to treat your taste buds. What’s more is you can enjoy breath-taking city views at the newly launched Perrier-Jouët Champagne Garden at Level 4 as well.
