It shows just how much our careers have taken over our personal lives; we are sure many can admit to having missed a planned weekend break, music event and quality time with the family in order to get work done. Today the average businessman and woman have to balance work, marriage/relationships/ friendships, children and family all at once.
This is a phenomenon that has become the norm. So much so that we see it within our youth who balance academic work, sports and other extra-curricula activities in Primary and High school! Scientific experts from around the world agree that the best remedy for work, school and family-related stress is entertainment and outdoor activities – remedies that happen to be in abundance this month.
